ERCOT PPA Trend: Price Convergence at Houston & North

Since launching our marketplace in April, we've observed an interesting trend in ERCOT: prices at Houston Hub and North Hub have converged.

In April, there was about a $6/MWh discount at North vs Houston. Since then, prices are down 7% at Houston, and up 5% at North, converging at about $51.50/MWh.

In addition, developers have been inconsistent when pricing at North Hub. We’ve seen offer deltas of over $10/MWh for similar products.
